Our Boats: Inspire Yachting is based around the Elan 410 racer/cruiser, new on the scene in 2007, it has already gained numerous class wins. Each yacht is coded for 10 guests allowing an extremely versatile range of uses which brings flexibility to our clients and events entered.
Yacht Racing and Industry Events: We are currently taking bookings for all the events listed in the 2008/09 calendar. Our Elan 410’s are fitted out to a high racing spec with the full wardrobe of new Aramid/Carbon/Kevlar Sails made by Quantum, full racing instruments and all the options that make a difference on the water.
Management Development: Our team draw upon decades of management experience from various sectors but drawn together by a common desire to work within the sailing industry. We are leading practitioners of HBDI “Whole Brain Thinking” and can incorporate this among many other tools into the sailing environment.
Team Building: Wish to build an effective team? Want to improve communications? We have developed programmes to enhance teamwork and communication in an environment where feedback and performance are measurable and instantaneous.
Yacht Charter and Mile-Building: When the fleet is not being used for any of the above they are often chartered for general sailing. The Elan 410 is capable of fast passage making even in short handed cruising mode. Scillies and back? We run mile-building weeks throughout the year for those wishing to build experience and log miles for sailing qualifications.
